Privacy statement

Who we are

The Fletch Training platform (the "platform") is provided by Fletch Labs Inc. ("Fletch Labs", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in the province of Ontario, Canada.

Information we collect

Account information: your name and email address, collected through our identity provider when you sign in, together with your organization memberships and roles.

Learning data: your progress in assigned curricula, quiz attempts, completion records, and certificates issued to you.

Content and files: files that you or your organization upload, such as course materials, videos, and organization logos.

Operational records: records of administrative actions (such as role changes and progress overrides) and technical logs needed to run and secure the platform.

Communications: we send transactional email — invitations, assignment notifications, reminders, and certificate notices — to the address on your account.

How we use information

To provide the platform: signing you in, showing your assigned training and progress, issuing certificates, and sending the notifications described above.

To keep the platform safe and reliable: securing accounts, preventing abuse, and diagnosing issues.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or behavioural tracking.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of service providers: Kinde (sign-in and account authentication), Resend (email delivery), and S3-compatible object storage (file storage). Each processes information only as needed to provide its service to us.

Cookies

The platform uses a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies.

Your organization and your information

Much of the information in the platform belongs to the organization you are a member of. Organization administrators can view member lists and learning reports, assign and manage training, and control the organization's content and settings.

Your rights and choices

Access and portability: you can download a copy of your data from your account settings.

Deletion: you can request account deletion from your account settings. When a request is approved, your personal information — such as your name and email address — is removed, while anonymized learning records and certificates are kept so that issued credentials can still be verified.

Retention

We keep your information while your account or organization is active. Anonymized learning records, certificates, and their verification codes are retained so that issued credentials remain verifiable, as are administrative audit records.

Changes to this statement

If we make material changes to this statement, we will notify you through the platform or by email.
